Mr. Litwak has extensive experience in representing R&B/Pop groups in all aspects of their careers, including the platinum selling group B2K and Immature (which later became IMX). Glenn also represents Omarion and Marques Houston with regard to their music and film careers (“You Got Served,” “Fat Albert”). Glenn has represented diverse clients such as Chris Stokes, La La, CeCe Peniston (“Finally”), Spencer Davis (“Gimme Some Lovin”), TG4, 2 Much, NLT, N2U, Vybe, O’Ryan, Mila J, Jhene and Young Rome.
Glenn has represented prominent music producers who have produced for recording artists such as Destiny’s Child, Lil' Wayne, Angie Stone, Patti LaBelle and Ginuwine. Glenn has also negotiated producer agreements on behalf of his artist clients with some of the top producers in the music business such as Puff Daddy, Timbaland, Jermaine Dupri, The Neptunes, The Underdogs, and Tricky Stewart.
Glenn has recent experience in negotiating cutting edge deals such as a “360” Deal for a new group (“FDM”) signed to Interscope Records and foreign licensing deals with Sony Music Japan for new albums from Omarion and Marques Houston.
Mr. Litwak has negotiated recording and management agreements for artists who have been signed (through production deals) to major record labels such as Sony/BMG, Interscope/Geffen/A&M, Elektra, Atlantic, Universal Music Group, Music World, and Warner Music. Glenn also has experience in negotiating music publishing deals with publishers such as EMI Music, Zomba, and Notting Hill Music. Glenn has negotiated license deals for his clients’ music to be placed in motion pictures (Young Rome’s song in “The 40 Year Old Virgin”).
Glenn has negotiated merchandising and endorsement deals for his clients’ with companies such as Nike and Southpole. He has also negotiated contracts for his clients to appear in T.V. commercials (B2K Dr. Pepper commercial with Smokey Robinson).
Glenn represents dancers, choreographers and creative directors such as Jamie King (creative director of concert tours for Madonna, Ricky Martin and Shakira) and McDonald Selznick and Associates (talent agency for clients in the dance industry). |
